[Loyalty! Trainee No. 338, Su A-ssi!]

During basic military training, carrying a solo field pack and moving the marching column was not easy. When my breath was running out and I was struggling, a fellow trainee stepped in and carried my canteen for me. Of course I was grateful, but I also felt ashamed wondering whether I would be useful in the army. Yet a fellow soldier told me, “Comrades are here to fill each other’s gaps. That way we can stand shoulder to shoulder and fight.” I nodded. Since then I’ve strived to fill my deficiencies, and I did not shrink from asking for help, and sometimes I reached out first to help others.

Overcoming physical limits and learning the mindset of training ‘me’ and ‘us’ through togetherness became a great asset in my life. In acting, I will work with people around me to create good works.
