I am a resilient person.

There is a saying that those who read about experiences can learn from them, but those who write become leaders. In the two-year Sunghui Women’s College, I led the Department of Creative Writing as class representative and developed leadership. I wanted to overcome early financial hardships through study, so I earned a bachelor’s degree from Namsu University and completed a master’s degree by pursuing an MBA at Korea University graduate school. I obtained a nursing assistant license at a practical nursing high school and worked at a hospital; during graduate school I worked as a researcher at the Korea Health & Welfare Human Resources Development Institute to support my living costs. I am meticulous and responsible in my work. I am the type who completes what I set out to do and possesses strong resilience to overcome any situation.

After graduating from Sunghui Women’s College, I worked in the Food & Beverage team at the Ramada Seoul Dongdaemun Hotel. However, my desire to study led me to pursue further education and I left the job. Even after leaving, I was contacted by former coworkers at Ramada to help with work, so I took on part-time jobs during the semester and vacation to support them. Hoping to understand what I truly want to do, with the help of a job counselor from the Ministry of Employment and Labor, I studied psychology to learn about the self and others.

While I was a sophomore at Sunghui Women’s College, I earned living expenses by doing supporting acting as a part-timer. I tried various fields and roles to secure a stable job, but nothing suited me more than acting, and I continued to work in supporting roles the longest. I started in 2013 and have been on set ever since. Now I want to focus on acting that suits me and develop my skills. In July 2024, I joined the musical troupe Amuse as a non-regular actor to practice as an ensemble. I am steadily building my skills by working in the same industry. Thank you.
