Hello. I’m actress Oh Ju-hyun. I came from Jeju to Seoul with a burning desire to act, and a lot of time has passed since then. I’ve auditioned many times, faced scams, and it’s been a series of eventful moments. Because of that, there were many days when I wanted to give up, wavered, felt anxious and scared. But even in those feelings, acting was so natural to me that I continued, and I enjoyed it. Even when things were tough, the moment I performed was the only time I could focus and not think about distractions. Yes, I have perseverance. I don’t give up. I consider this one of my strengths. And as I continued acting, my motto as an actor changed: don’t act. become a truly natural actor who doesn’t act. So now I think not about how to look good or how to highlight this part, but how to become this character, how to become truly natural without acting. I think this naturalness is also one of my strengths. I’m confident that with my own natural tone and delivery, I can introduce myself to the public as this actor Oh Ju-hyun. And I’m positive. Even when I was cheated, at first I felt betrayal and anger, but later I thought, life can be boring sometimes, so such a big event happened just once, I learned a lesson and gained two benefits.
