Hello. I’m actor Yoo Eun-oh, who believes the deepest human emotion is anxiety. Everyone carries various forms of anxiety. I don’t ignore that anxiety; I use my inner anxiety as material for my acting. This helps me truly understand and express a character’s anxiety, tremors, and loneliness.

A thin, high voice and a face where good and evil coexist add another color to my acting. The warmth on the left side of my face and the strong impression on the right reflect my duality—softness and hardness, gentleness and boldness.

Raised under strict parents and taught discipline, I also had a strong urge to break free from that mold. That experience shaped a balance and conflicts within me, and today those emotions deepen the characters I portray.

At first I may seem cold, but once you get to know me I’m warmer and more candid than anyone. On stage or in front of the camera, I aim to be an actor with a wide emotional range who can convey both human anxiety and consolation.
