Born in 1976, I am an actor with diverse on-set experience, solid life resilience, and depth that comes from living and using my body in real life.

I have been someone who has steadily protected one field for a long time.

Twenty years of Japanese cuisine cooking experience has taught me not merely a job, but an attitude of focus, responsibility, and attention to unseen details. The kitchen is like a battlefield, and I have always stayed calm and quick-witted there. This experience translates directly to filming, creating a steadiness that doesn’t waver in any situation.

I am also someone who has trained my body.

I hold 2nd dan in judo, 2nd dan in taekwondo, and 1st dan in kendo, and I understand not just techniques but the body’s center and balance, impact, and the flow of tension and release. I excel in realism in action scenes, living-like performance with physicality, and rough character portrayal. I am an actor who can handle roles directly without relying on a stunt double.

I am also comfortable with driving.

I hold a Class 1 large vehicle license, so there are no constraints in scenes requiring vehicle operation. Experiences from real life enhance the persuasiveness of scenes.

I have already appeared as a supporting actor in many dramas and films, internalizing the pace of sets with my body. I learned that even a small role needs a living character to make a scene work, and I found that the fewer lines there are, the more important the eyes and breath become. My goal is to exist precisely within the scene rather than stand out.

More realism than flash, more density than exaggeration.
