Hello, I’m Yang Suyoung, born in 1994, an actress in the making.

I have my own barrier to putting the word actress before my name. I’ve shot many short films and independent/web projects, but I haven’t yet stepped into the commercial realm, so I can’t confidently call myself an actress yet.

Occasionally a few independent shorts come along, but I’m telling myself I’m an actress and I’m acting in my own way.

I’ve lived by deceiving myself like this, it seems.

Now I’m getting up from that laziness, and the longing and passion for commercial cinema and TV dramas are burning intensely.

I want to feel and take on the responsibility of a professional.
