Hello, I’m actor Seoyongwoo. I have many strengths as an actor. First, I believe I have a boyish look. I’ve often heard that I possess a face and voice suitable for student roles, remaining youthful enough to convincingly play younger characters. Second, I have a clear typecast image. Looking at the roles I’ve played, many characters express a frail or decadent vibe. For example, in Netflix’s “Square,” my character Heecheol is driven to be killed by the protagonist Gisub for reasons unknown, and I portray him trembling in fear up until his death. I’ve also played roles of a bullying victim, domestic violence victim, and even a student with drug addiction, which shows I can be found in distinct, well-defined characters on set. Lastly, I believe I offer a twist capability. In contrast to the boyish and frail looks, I have a solid, fit body from long-term athletic training, which adds an appealing alternative dimension to my characters.
