Hello, I’m actor Hyunseop Kim.

I studied acting in college and currently work as an actor in various venues including stage and screen. I also work as a dancer and yoga instructor.

I enjoy people and am deeply interested in stories about people. I especially like works and narratives that delve into a person’s inner depths.

Through my projects I discover new aspects of myself, understand and empathize with worlds and people I didn’t know, and I perform with the joy of expanding the universe and learning the meaning of living together.

I still love the tension and thrill of being on set, and long for that moment when I am fully immersed and present.

Additionally, I love learning; I may start small, but I am a patient, persistent person who strives to achieve.

I am more drawn to quiet, calm things than noise, the journey rather than the destination, walking rather than running, and I am a person who loves willow trees.
