Hello, my name is Ji-hyun Choi, a model and actor, and I’m working hard to grow in both fields. In my early 20s, I set modeling as a dream and devoted myself to it, continually attending auditions and staying active. Through modeling, I discovered my own personality and charm, and I studied emotions a lot, which sparked my interest in acting.

Even now, the path is difficult and hard to approach, but when I first encountered it, I could feel the mood of the script and the mise-en-scène come to life, and the on-set atmosphere created by all the actors and staff was incredibly fun and fascinating. Since then, I kept challenging myself, researching, and learning about myself, and though life has had its difficulties, the good memories are what remain.

I believe I have a tall stature with a distinct, engaging presence. I can be bright and cheerful, but I can also portray darker, more serious scenes. I’m good at dance and physical training as well. Since childhood I’ve always had long fingers and pretty nails, so I’ve done hand modeling when opportunities arose. I want to be someone who can describe themselves as an all-around talent capable of many different tasks.
