I hope the public will come to the theater to see my acting. But when watching the film, I’d love to discover a more charismatic actor than me. When the ending credits roll, I want the audience to realize that I’m actually that actor, and feel a delightful surprise.

I want to be an actor who is loved by the public, and at the same time, in every work, communicates through the role I play rather than my name. I want the audience to wonder, ‘Is this really the same person as in previous works?’ and feel that I’ve grown. I will strive to become that kind of actor.
