Hello. I debuted on the theater stage in 2012 and built stage experience through various works before the pandemic. In 2020, during COVID, I paused theater work and trained to rediscover the essence of acting. I have explored many acting methodologies—Stanislavski, Stella Adler, Meisner, Mikhail Chekhov—with my body to deepen my acting and its foundation. For me, acting is not merely reproducing a role but exploring human essence and honestly sharing that truth with the audience. I aim to follow a character’s hopes, pains, deficiencies, and desires, and fully reveal the inner life of imagined characters. Since we understand others’ lives through embodiment, I believe the attitude toward acting must be serious. Although I sometimes feel frustrated by my own narrowness, I will not give up and hope that true resonance reaches everyone who experiences it with the audience. I will work sincerely to blend in as a member of the work without feeling ashamed of myself. Thank you.
