I’m actor Lim Ye-rin.

In my teens I majored in ballet, and by chance I briefly worked as a non-verbal performance actor in the United States. I studied acting at Seoul Institute of the Arts, where I gained stage experience. While studying in France, I studied cooking and table setting and completed part of the Le Cordon Bleu program in Paris. In Korea, I obtained national cooking certifications in Korean and Western cuisine, gaining a variety of culinary experiences.

After that, I ran a shop producing traditional Korean clothing and accessories. While raising my child, I worked as an arts education instructor at elementary, middle, and high schools, and through meeting children I had a period of deeper understanding of life and people.

Now I have chosen to return to learning so that the time I have lived can become my acting — I aim to be an actor who shows life experience as skill.
