In 2019, I won the New Actor Award at the Dong-A Theater Awards and in 2020 I was nominated for the Broadway/Arts Award for Best Theater Actor. Since then I have been focusing solely on camera acting. In Romant Doctor Kim Sa-bu 3 I delivered long-breath, crying scenes, in My Liberation Diary I played a gangster boss, and I appeared in director Kim Ji-woon’s The Spider’s House through an audition. Recently I appeared in Disney-Trigger and tvN-Our Vision, and I’m currently shooting a supporting role in JTBC’s A Hundred Memories. I work out regularly and can do action despite being in my mid-40s.
