I believe the spectrum that can be created through human encounters within any organization is truly wide. To achieve that, I have always believed that collaboration must be prioritized above all else. I have grown by constantly asking myself, 'How can I lead the collaboration within an organization and be an indispensable presence?' Therefore, given the opportunity, I will take on the challenge without hesitation.
