I am Shin Yoseop.

Hello, I am Shin Jeonghoon. My birth name is Shin Jeonghoon, and at a point when I was thinking of quitting acting due to my surroundings, I decided not to give up and started again. As I embark on a new start, I wanted to renew my resolve, and among many ways, I chose to change my name. Impressed by Joseph in the Bible who overcomes adversity and is used for great things as a man of God, I adopted the name ‘Joseph’. Even now, like this name, I strive and work hard to walk my own path without wavering through any hardship.

In the past, I Lost the reason I acted, but after deeply reflecting on myself I gained a realization, adopted a positive mindset, and grew to love the act of acting itself. By immersing myself in a character, emotions and behaviors I didn’t even know I had emerge, leading to natural, genuine performances. I feel a sense of joy and pleasure in those moments. I want to continue these precious feelings and productions.
