During college I was close with the Theater and Film department and always interested in acting, and a chance collaboration with a Jeju actor led me to act. Last year I passed the Jeju MBC Dumin Actors Open Audition and appeared in a Jeju dialect drama. A representative from Jeju MBC told me my voice volume and tone were good and encouraged me to pursue acting. I’m based in Jeju, and I didn’t know about Castlink before. I’m not usually active on computers or social media. A friend sent me news that Castlink was looking for Jeju dialect actors, and I felt like winning the lottery and applied without hesitation.
