Hello. I am Dongwoo Kwon, an actor who tells stories with his body. I started as a dancer in the 1990s at Itaewon’s Moon Night, and worked as an choreographer filling stages by choreographing songs like Baek Ji-young’s “Dash” and “Sad Salsa.” My dance skills span genres—from hip hop and jazz to sports dance—which are a valuable asset to my expressive power. My other strength is action. I have consistently trained in taekwondo, judo, boxing, and Muay Thai, and I have actually competed in Muay Thai with a 1-0 record. I continue to train in kickboxing, so I am prepared to handle any action performance. In addition, I bring a special talent in fire performance (fire eating), which allows me to craft unique, original characters that only I can express. I will pour all the hard-earned experience from the past 30 years into acting to become a genuine, sincere actor.
